Need for medical intervention

I am a male student at Kenya Medical Training College in Nairobi undertaking a diploma in orthopaedic technology, my main concern is am in Garissa for my practical attachment and have come across several cases of club feet so i wonder if you could help me to intervene into these conditions to provide a lasting solutions to these needy people.
