What is a Partner site?

Partner sites allow an organisation with projects in the Akvo RSR system to display their projects and use Akvo RSR tools from their own domain - on their own URL, with their own branding and styling.

Partner sites live under a separate domain in Akvo RSR, akvoapp.org. A specific partner site will live at a subdomain of akvoapp.org, ie, Connect 4 Change's partner site can be reached through the URL http://connect4change.akvoapp.org. The partner site can also be set up to use a custom domain, allowing it to be reached through another appropriate URL such as http://projects.connect4change.nl.

Partner sites are only available to organisations on a paid plan with Akvo.org. This service is not available to those with free accounts.

During the 2.0 preview period, you must contact us to be set up. An upcoming release will give organisation administrators the ability to create and manage their own partner sites. For more information on setting up and configuring a partner site, read How to set up a partner site.
